Updated 4th July 2020
The online shop and Etsy shop are now fully operational.
The post office runs are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
As social distancing is still in place i offer a non-contact order collection from my home in Stevenage. In order to do a non-contact collection payments must be made online via the website, Etsy or by Bank transfer. I can also offer local delivery for the price of just £2
The majority of my supplies are ordered online and while i keep a stock of my most popular supplies i may still need to order specific items. Please allow extra time for this to be possible in order to meet your deadlines. I usually ask for a minimum 5 days to complete orders.
Update 15th April 2020 5pm
To respect the current situation and social distancing i have made a few changes to how you order. I am still working and taking orders during the week Monday to Friday and i'll be sending out parcels once a week on a Friday. Please allow extra days for delivery due the extra pressure the Royal Mail are under.
I hope you are all keeping safe and well and many thanks for your continued support
The online shop is open.
How to order;
Add items to your shopping basket as normal and proceed to checkout. You have the option to collect your order from my home in Stevenage or Mail order. Select manual payments and then place your order without paying.
I will then check my stock (and order supplies online if necessary) and advise when i will be able to complete your order and give you an estimated time of completion. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for updates.
At this stage please make payment, the details will be in your order confirmation email. Once paid i will contact you and let you know when to expect your order or let you know when it's available to collect.
For collections: Your order will be left outside my door in a plastic box with your name on to respect social distancing.
Mail orders: These will be either sent by Royal (on Fridays) or Hermes Courier, you will be advised accordingly.
Update 23rd March 2020 10pm GMT
In the recent announcement by Boris Johnson and to stay safe for your protection and for mine please read the following.
All non-essential shops are now closed. This means i am unable to buy supplies locally. I am still able to complete orders if i have the supplies in stock so please check before you order.
I will try my best to complete orders but it looks as though everything is becoming more restricted. I will now order supplies online but this depends if the other companies and suppliers are still open and operating normally. I will be checking tomorrow and will update.
Please still check with me before you place your order online. I am happy to refund if necessary.
Collecting your order:
I am not able to carry out any local deliveries. If you are still happy to collect from my home i will leave your order in a plastic box near to my front door but only if it has been paid online. Please do not leave cash.
All orders need to be paid for online when you order. I am not able to complete any work unless payment has been made.
I am still able to visit my local convenience store which has a post office inside. If this remains open i am still able to post your orders. But again please check with me before you order as i may not hold supplies here to complete your order.
This may go on for the next few weeks so it will be a challenging time for everyone involved. Let's hope the UK can get through this as quickly as possible.
My heart goes out to everyone who has been affected by this virus.
Sending out thoughts and prayers to you all

Message from me regarding Coronavirus
I have decided to carry on working as much as i can do so i can still make the items you need but i need to make a few changes so i hope you can support me on these.
I am an asthmatic so i need to make these changes to try and avoid catching this awful virus. I must admit I am a little worried but i still need to make a living too so it's a bit of a gamble and more importantly i hate to let any of you down too!
>>I will only be going out once a week every Monday to buy supplies, so please put your orders in with enough notice. I get my supplies locally and i need to limit the amount of trips i do to the shops. This includes paper, card, glitter card, candles etc
**All non-essentials shops are now closed**
>>Some orders required ordering supplies online, these are items such as drawstring bags, T-shirts, Hoodies, Baby vests and bibs etc. They may take a little longer to get here due to other companies closing or downsizing etc but i will endeavour to get them as quickly as i can. However, I do hold a small selection here so depends on what you need i'll let you know.
>>Your orders will be made in a clean environment as i am keeping all surfaces clean before and after every order.
>>Mail orders will be posted once a week on Monday, so they may take a little longer to reach you. For example if you order on Tuesday then it won't reach you till the following week.
>>All orders must be paid for online and in advance. I won't be taking cash on collection anymore. A link will be provided when you order so please pay online. There is an option for Paypal or Bank transfer. If you order via Etsy or via my website for mail order the same applies and your order will unfortunately be delayed.
I really appreciate it if you can support me on these changes, sorry if it's of any inconvenience to you but these are necessary for me at this time.
Thanks for your ongoing support
I hope you all keep well and safe and look after your loved ones
